prevent user from duplicating documents

I am looking for an authorisation setting that would prevent a user from using the 'duplicate' function on a document.

The best would be by a simple SDK coding as suggested by other users. If you don't have resources for SDK, try to get an existing add-on with this functionality.

u either try doing it thru sdk or else use the customer/vendor reff no field to stop duplication.

I think there was no option to achieve ur goal thro normal Authorization process, u can achieve thro SP Transacation ly.
