Activity Confirmation

Hi All,

I am facing a situaltion where while confirming the process order the system is not calculating the activity types .

Please let me know if I am missing any step.

Hi

Hope you are meaning 'Activity cost'.Pls check the following settings

1. Have assigned suitable formulae for costing in workcenter

2. Is activty cost is maintained for that workcenter,activity and costcenter in KP26

3. Check the validity of KP 26.

Still at the confirmation screen, system is not suggesting the activity values.

Dear,

In OPK0 select the stranded profile and go to detail in Default tab select the option Immediate proposal for quantity and services.

and OPK4, transaction, operation individual screen entry tab. Activate quantities, screen control for time ticket and services and quantity columns.

Hi Velmurugan,

I have one more thing to ask. Now At the time of Order confirmation the system is proposing the activity type value,Now these activity types are basically MACHINE/LABOUR/POWER/STEAM. The Power & steam values are calculated by the system using machine time.

Now What I require is if I change the machne activity type value at the confirmation screen, the Power & Steam value should change accordingly.

Is this possible in standard SAP or not.

Vivek,

when you are defining the formulae for Steam and Cooling water etc(utilities) consider machine activity also one of its parameter.

For example,

Parameter for Machine -- SAP02

Formulae for Machine ( SAP02 * Operation Qty / Base Qty) * No Invd .

You can define formulae for Steam (ZAP04) as ' (SAP02 * 1) / 120 '

(Assume Consumption of steam is 120 KG/Hr)

Hi Velmurugan,

My issue is that my activity type MACHINE is the basis for the calcultion for the other two activity types STEAM & POWER.

Now What I want to know is that If I change the Value of MACHINE the values of the STEAM & POWER should also change proportionately.

Is this possible.

HI

Check in the work center that the formula are assigned for the calculations of activities.if then the follow the procedure

Go to Production->SFC->Operations->Confirmation->Single Screen Entry->Define Single Screen Entry and select confirmation profile details screen. In Default tab, under Default Value section, select Immediate proposal for both Quants and Services. This will solve your query.

or go to OPK4 then select your process order type then under operation individual entry using initial screen select the propose quantities and services

Plz check and revert back
