When the MRP run manually created PR not converted to schedule line.

Hi gurus,

We have one PR which is created manually of 100 qty.I have the requirement for the material is 300 qty.I maintained the source list and also i maintained SA number and MRP indicator in the source list.

When i run the MRP ssytem genetates the schedule lines of only 200 qty.PR which is created manually didn't affect by MRP.In MD04 that particular PR is having the firm indicator.

When i delete the source list and i run the MRP now the PR is created depending upon the requirements.Then i maintain the source list and run the MRP in delete and recreate mode.Now the system delete the PR and generates the schedule lines.

Kindly clarify why that manully created PR is not converted to schedule lines when the MRP run.

Also please give your suggestion how to convert that PR to schedule lines.
