I am wondering whether and how it is possible to create an entry in the text log of a message (Service Desk Msg, Change Request, Change Document etc.) whenever a processor creates or deletes a document attachment.
Use Case:
A change request is prepared for approval of a change manager. Therefore a change description (word document e.g.) is uploaded and attached to the change request.
We now have the requriement of either to prohibit the deletion of this attachment or at least log the deletion (and user who deleted it)
Any hints are highly appreciated!
