Error while Doing PGI

Hi Friends

My user has created new packaging material , and named it as u201CTray20u201D .

He has packed the material in VL02N with this new packing material .

When he tried to do PGI , he is getting below error .

u201CNo authorization to post returnable packaging accounts for company code 0101 Tray 20u201D .

Message: 355, Appar: VHURL .

How to solve this problem pls u2026u2026u2026u2026.,

Note : user is able to do PGI for other packing materials . I simulated this process in quality system , I am also getting same problem.
