second page does not get printed on printer

Hi All,

A weird problem occurs on PLD printing. the second page does not get printed while giving print for 2 reports and the problem occurs randomly. any idea as to what should I do?

I am working on 2005 B PL 46.

But my question is, how come the server prints the second page always when other PCs can't? the printer being used is EPSON - LQ-1150II. any idea?

Hi Binita,

You may check the printer driver and find the differences. Chances are: your printer driver on server is more compatible with the printer model support by B1.

yes. its is a dot matrix printer.

Hi Binita,

This is your printer problem because some Dot matrix printer not support in SAP.

i think you are using EPSON printer.

The following Dot-matrix printers are supported by SAP Business One.

-> Citizen PROdot 300 
-> Epson FX-880 
-> OKI MICROLINE 320 Elite 

SAP B1 does not support integerated printers (Printr / Scanner / Copier / Fax).
