A problem about the creation of activities through the outlook integration

Hi ,everyone

When I want to create an activity of one customer using the outlook integration,I can't choose the customer because it's salseman is not me. I don't have the authorlzation of the customers whose salseman is not me. So ,Is there anyone has the solution to avoid the authorlzation .that means no matter who the salseman is ,everyone can use the customer.

Most of B1 users need to restrict the info to a group of customers by their SalesRep. Your requirements might be special.

Have you implemented Data Ownership Authorizations?
