Function Module or BAPI to get GR detail

Dear Sir,

I have an Internal table with fields Purchase Order No and Line Item Number. I need to know the GRs happened ( GR number with GR Date) against the POs mentioned in the Internal Table .

Sir is there any Function Module or BAPI which can give this information .

Kindly help me pl .
