Support message process

Dear All,

i had config necessary configuration for support message creation.

and it is working finely now i want to make the system like SUPPORT TEAM WILL GET THE MESSAGE ACOORDING TO MODULE WISE.

For that i had done some coustmizing with reference of SDN document

According to that what i did ...

i make a new relationship category ZCRMH0

Assign that categoery to partner Function SLFN0003:Support Team

Create a new access sequence Z002 with fowwlowing value

u2022 Batch Seq: 10

u2022 Dialog Seq : 10

u2022 Source : Business Partner Relationship.

u2022 Detail on the source:

u2022 o Partner Function : Reported By (CRM)

u2022 Mapping/restrictions

u2022 o Flag The Mapping/definition for partner being Searched Box

u2022 o PartFunct in Source: Support Team (CRM).

Adapt that partner Function scheme according to document and and access sequence what i created ....

then make support team and BP according to document....

then create iBase and assign BP to iBase....

Now thw step is

Define transaction variants for the messages processor

Go to the following IMG Path: SAP Solution Manager Implementation Guide -> SAP Solution Manager -> Configuration -> Scenario Specific Settings ->Service Desk -> General Settings -> Specify User Selection Variant.

i am not getting the path for that can any one help me out how can i do this....

According to Document step Define transaction variants for the messages processor perform this task

Here we will create variants for the central message processing transaction: CRM_DNO_MONITOR. Those variants will be assigned to our message processor, so they will have direct access to their dedicated messages.

In my example I will create One Variant per Message Processor. This variant will only display the messages from their Support Team. This variant will be named "My Team Messages

but due not above reason not able to get what should i have tp do.....please guide

i check that blog its quit good and hope u also doing wll..

any way the step which you mention

 Define transaction variants for the messages processor  

nothing call SHDO t-code and follow the steps..

Flag the "My Team(s)" box, select the radio button All for the messages status and Goto -> Variants -> Save As Variant.

Give the variant a name and a description, for example: MY_TEAM_MSG / My team's messages, and save it
