Recently had created a Rounding Profile "Z019" to round up multiple Qty "3" and Simulation in OWD1 was also worked as below -
This Rounding Profile was already selected for the following Material in "MRP1" view and the BOM Qty for this Material is 0.213 per each FG.
However, it could not be rounded up to the correct value according to the above Rounding Profile when creating MPS Planned Order or manual Planned Order or manual Production Order, e.g. Required FG Qty = 200 so required Component Qty = 200 * 0.213 = 42.6 so Rounded up to 45. In the following screen, it was incorrectly calculated as Qty 43. The correct value should be Qty 45.
Could you advise how to solve this problem ?

The rounding profile is used by the planning engine while creating the planned receipts to cover the requirements. Suppose your material 442-00725-728012 has a net requirement of 42.6, then the purchase requisition/planned order created for the material 442-00725-728012 will be of 45 quantity as per the rounding profile.
The requirement quantity as per BOM is getting calculated by the BOM data (say 42.6, same as you have calculated) and since you have a unit of measure PC (which does not have decimals allowed I think), it is getting rounded up to 43, the next integer.
Your expectation from the rounding profile seems to be wrong. You need to find other solutions.

Thanks for your advice. As you said that our expectation from the rounding profile seems to be wrong, could you advise whether these is any other solution(s) for our above problem ?
Actually, the Simulation in OWD1 was fine as above.
