CrystalReportsViewer12 Export buttons don't work

The viewer displays fine. When I click the export button, I get prompted to pick which export format I want to do, after entering that, the window closes. I haven't been able to find anything that shows why it isn't working.

I'm running XP.

It has the same non-activity on a Server 2003 machine.

Any suggestions are appreciated.
