How to Migrate universes or reports between Dev to Prod Repos in BOXIR2/R3

I am new to BO XIR2 and R3

how to move the universes between the repositories like DEV to PROD or TEST to PROD?

i know how it is done in 6.5

is there a different way in XI new releases?
