Mandatory fields

Hi Gurus,

If i am creating a Plant maintenance order with reference to the other, few of the mandatory fields are not getting copied.

Could you please tell me, what should i do so that the system should copy the mandatory field in the order also.

I did not understand what do you mean by maintenance order with ref to other. I checked but i didn't find this option. Please explain in detail
