PO Repeat & Change output Tab missing

Hi Experts,

One of my user face problem in his 2 POs he cannot able to view Repeat & Change output Tab in ME22N,previously for the PO which he has mentioned he can able to view but now it is getting missed out.

Can anybody please help to findout why this is happening.

Further any information required please revert back.
