Hello

When i Open the Enterprise Portal 7.3. Initially its coming below screen.

If user click on "Get-support". its Open URL(

http://hostName:PortNumber/webdynpro/dispatcher/sap.com/tc~sec~ume~wd~enduser/LogonHelpApp?newWindow... in another window and I am getting below error.

How to solve this issue. Can you pls. help me on

Hi Vijay,

As per the attached error, the web dynpro application i.e., LogonHelpApp is not available in your portal.

Logon to your portal and check for LogonHelpApp under Content Administration--- Web Dynpro Java Applications---tc~sec~ume~wd~enduser---LogonHelpApp.

If LogonHelpApp exists, you'll get the below attached screen.
