reg quota arrangement

Sir,

WE have two plants.Plant A & B.

Plant Ais the planning Plant.B is the production plant.

For plantA finished ProductA---->product B

In

Plant B,

Product B------> Product C & D

Product B-------> Product D& E

I have maintained quota arrangement in Plant B for product B.

If i run for Plant B.After Mrp, quota arrangement is good.

Suppose I have run for Plant A ,so I have to produce product B in Plant B.Because I have maintained special procurement key.

But I got plannd order for Product B inPlant B.But quota arrangement is not working.

How to make quota arrangement.
