problem in BEx query designer

Hi,

I have a query in which I show the Purchase order no with its Goods recd value. SInce the Goods recd value has value in multiple dates the report is something like this":

PO Date : 2.1.2009 4.2.2009 6.4.2009

PO Number GR value GR value GR value

7833455 2400

7833456 9600 2000

But I want something like this:

PO Date : Jan 2009 Feb 2009 Mar 2009

PO Number GR value GR value GR value

7833455 2400

7833456 11600

Can somebody help me. Thanks in advance

Hi Surabhi,

You will need to add 0calmonth to the InfoProvider.

Use the datereceived to fill this (routine)

Then use calmonth in your query.

(this menas you will have to reload your infoprovider. You can do this by deleting the packages and reconstruct them (watch it if you removed PSA you can't reconstruct them and you will need to reload from R/3)
