Dear All,
I have created Profit Center Group for the Controlling area 1000 in KCH1. it includes the top node & lower level Profit center groups & related profit centers.
The problem is, when I check the standard hierarchy 1000 in KCH5N, I see only one line of the hierarchy & not the hierarchical representation.
I am not able to see the complete hierarchy here. What is the reason for the same? How can I see the copmlete hierarchy?
Pl advice,
Thanks & regards,
Gov
Hi,
Kindly check in KCH4 whether it is OK. Also check in OKKP whether you have defined an alternative hierarchy for
profit center.

In other client, it worked as required. Left the issue at that.
Thanks

Hi,
problably the problem is related to authority concept.
So run KCH5N and then in field transaction type /NSU53.
The result in red must be implemented on your user as authorization rights, at least you need this:
Infotype 1001
Planning Status *
Object Type IH, PH
Plan Version *
Function Code *
Subtype B003
To implement this you must ask at who makes roles in your system.
Hope my info will usefull.

Hi Gov,
please run the following check within trx. KCH5N:
Menu "Extras -> Hierachy - Master Data -> Test" -> do the entries appear?
Is yes, you can run the comparison under the same path to update the standard hierarchy.
Cheers,
Daniela

Dear Daniela,
Thanks for the reply.
Checked the Test & comparison. I got the following message - "Standard hierarchy 1000 has no errors"
Still I am not able to see the hierarchy at one place. I can click on one group by selecting from the HIT LIST but not the entire hierarchy. This is becoming very tricky for me.
Pl help,
Regards,
Gov
