CAL - S4HANA Free Trial - "authentication failed" hard error while saving sales order and deliveries

Program VA01 are giving a hard error with message "authentication failed" when a new order is saved. This error is not arising when a change is being made to an existing order.

The program terminates abruptly with the message.

on further debugging, we find that the issue is Livecache while doing the S4 availability check.

Any update will be useful in resolving the issue
