hi all

can any one tell me these points

1. How to create Org structure in OM , which is best procedure and the date which i need to give there??

2. how to create a job(tcode) and dates what i should give there

3.How to create position and assign a job to it and the dates what i should i maintain?? - i mean positions dates are dependent on person join day so what sould be the date here??

4.how could i transfer all these position to PA - integration

can i maintain common and same dates for all these.coz i am going to create all these in a same date. so what i need to take care of dates here especially about the jobs and positions

please gimme step by step procedure

Ans . org. unit creation : Use t-code PPOM_OLd.PP01.PP02 with object ID "O' date dates as per requirement

Ans .job creation : Use t-code PPOM_OLd.PP01.PP02 with object ID "O' and job number, Date as inputs

3.How to create position and assign a job to it and the dates what i should i maintain?? - i mean positions dates are dependent on person join day so what sould be the date here??

Ans . Use t-code PPOM_OLd.PP01.PP02 with object ID "S' and position number, Date as inputs. Maiantian the relation tab in PP02 ,date dates as per requirement

you can create a org structure, position or job though tcode PP01 or PP02.

start date for each object will be client specific. you can maintain same dates.

table T77S0 - PLOGI - ORGA should be activated, if activated objects created will be automatically available in PA

the best way is to upload the data thru LSMW by maintaing proper Relationships and Dates

thru Tcdoe PP02

Hi,

Do use the T-code PP02 , there you can create/upload all the OM objects in HRP tables
