Can anyone tell me the DMS transactions codes and how it can works pdf required. How we can create new object Link evertythg it works on IDES also. How we can interlink the diff module like PM, QM, PP and so on.

Basic Tcodes of DMS are

CV01n - Create Document Info Record

CV02n - Change Document Info Record

CV03n - Display Document Info Record

CV04n - Search Document Info Record

You can use Object Link Functionality for Interlinking SAP Document Info record with Other SAP Module Specific SAP Objects (e.g. Material, Vendor, Customer, P.O.Item, PR Item)

In CV01n enter DOcument type and press enter there in DIR Creation you will find one tab named "Object Link" there you can attach SAP Objects

Hi Mathur,

DMS connector for Knowledge Management provides several functions that enable you to edit the document-based structures and documents from document management in the portal. The Business Package for DMS Connector for KM offers portal users a central, role-specific entry point for evaluating and editing document-based structures and the documents assigned to them , these are for the IDES requirement where we create new object link.

You can use the portal content supplied with this Business Package productively in your enterprise or you can use it as a template for creating enterprise-specific portal content.
