How to Calculate MTD ,YTD and DAY in SAP lumira ?

hi all,

I'm working on a project i wanna calculate MTD , YTD and Day. ? I wanna show data based on Day and Month or Year wise it is possible or not if it is possible than how can i do this please let met know.

Lumira Designer or Discovery? Which version and SP? What is your data source? If your data source is BW/BEx, I recommend calculating the YTD, etc. in the BEX query - your application will run faster

Are you using Lumira Designer with regard to this query? If yes, what is the exact version, SP level and Patch level you are using for Lumira Designer?

OK performance will good nop but i just want to know can i do it with SAP lumira discovery 21.1.0 or not ?

I'm sure Lumira Discovery can do calculations, but BEx will take care of the aggregations/calculations much better

HI

You can try and crate the following dimensions and measure

Current Month: if Length(1 * Month(CurrentDate())) = 1 then "0" + Month(CurrentDate()) else Month(CurrentDate())

then you create a year dimension

Current Year: if Length(1 * Year(CurrentDate())) = 1 then "0" + Month(CurrentDate()) else Year(CurrentDate())

and then create a measure

if {Current Month} = {Month} and {Current Year} = {Year} then {Revenue [DKK]} else 0

The Year and Month comes from your imported data
