A report to find out where GR. qty is approaching the PO qty

Hi Gurus,

I need your help.

I have created a PO for qty 100 EA. Now, qty arrives in the batch of 5. So, When I did the first GR, it is of 5 EA. Next GR makes the total GR qty of 10 EA and so on.

When the GR qty reaches 95 EA,(critical limit), I want to go and increase the PO qty again.

Is there any report (such as ME2N ) which would give me that these POs are approaching the critical limit?

where you maintain critical limit for each items?

Try with below

You can customized batch program to perform every day to check all open PO items to check GR Qty and then send e-mail reminder

Take help from your ABAPer on this
