ITSM- 'In Process' Status not Appearing


We are in process of configuring ITSM in our environment. We would like to see Status 'In Process' to appear at specific status but its appearing.

Ex. We need 'In Process' status to appear when status is 'In Process by L2'.

Pls find below configuration settings. Your help would be highly appreciated

    Removing and adding 'In process' status solved our issue.
