Authorization to change reorder point in MRP 1 view

All,

We currently maintain all information for the material master centrally. We would like to extend the MRP 1 view to our storerooms so they can change their own reorder points. Please let me know how it is possible to grant our end users this view in the material master . Thanks in advance.
