ByD - It is possible to create calculation at the KPIs?

Dear Experts,

I am facing some requirements that require calculation on the KPI and not only the result of a Key Performace.

There is a way to do some calculation on KPI? Should I try to create a new Key Performace to support it? How can I do it for this case:

- In a financial statement (Financial Reporting Structures) I just can create the structure and summarize the results. How can I get the percentage of a contribution margin? variable costs / revenue

- Calculation: contribution margin = revenue − variable costs, and if I want to see the percentage of this?

I Think some of you already face it this issue.

I totally feel your pain and have not been able to find a solution, I asked it awhile ago here (https://answers.sap.com/questions/587857/detailed-guide-for-using-mutiple-gl-codes-to-creat.html) I have multiple ways with various report types and kpi groupings but not found a way to do this! if you do then please let the community know.

I am looking forward to seeing these new functionalities in 1811 and the creation of a dashboard. I still struggling to create some standard formulas (financial calculations as EBITDA, contribution margins and others well known).

It is good to know that I am not the only struggling with this request. I already put an Ideia on the Customer Influence.
