Problem connecting Business Object Cloud with Hana Cloud Database

I am trying to connect SAP BusinessObject Cloud with live connection to a database that is in SAP HANA Cloud.

After completing the connection form, request a second login. Try the SAP HANA Cloud Cockpit user, the user of the SYSTEM database, but it does not work.

Do you know which user should be placed on this second login screen?

Hello Jorge,

apologies for this poor error response from the system. What this means is the connection information did not work.

First verify that the password for the SYSTEM user is correct.

Second if the password is correct then please ensure the SYSTEM user has the "sap.bc.ina.service.v2.userRole::INA_USER" role.
