ESS button parent window problem

Hi Experts,

we have a problem with an ESS webdynpro, looks like a cross domain problem.

Our HR system is in domain hpp.xx.xx and our portal can be started from domain xx.xx or yy.yy.

When a user start the expenses (url portal portal.yy.yy) and try to create a new expenses, the button isn't work, you can click on the button but nothing happens.

We can see that the option parent window is accessible is unchecked in the technical help view under the browser tab.

When the user start the expenses with url portal.xx.xx then the button is working and the user can create a new expenses. When we check the option parent window is accessible it's checked in the technical help view under the browser tab.

How to solve this?
