In a scenario where a customer on Business Suite ERP EhP8 wants to implement S/4HANA for Finance/Logistics but keep their on-premise HCM/Payroll running in the same instance, what options do they have?
Looking at the new S/4HANA 1610 release for example as the target version, it doesn't appear as though the underlying NetWeaver version (7.51?) would be compatible with ERP HCM EhP8 (7.50). Unless I'm missing something, it appears the only option right now would be to upgrade the Finance and Logistics components to an older S/4HANA release?
