Reg:"Configure Product" option is in grey mode in CRM Order

Hi Gurus ,

We are using Variant configuration in ERP and replicating the same to CRM.I have maintained the required settings to replicate the data ,but still not able to configure a product in CRM,while creating the order and after entering the material at line item ,I am not able to select the field "Configure Product",because it is coming in grey mode.

I have mainatined the below steps succesfully.

1.Knowledge base Creation

2.Run time version creation

3.SCE settings

4.Intial download for SCE and CONFIGURATION.

5.The following Bdocs are generated in table.TBE31 in ECC when I generate the Knowledge base runtime version.

00550001 BC-MID CRS_SCE_COLLECT_DATA_CREATE

00550002 BC-MID CRS_SCE_COLLECT_DATA_CHANGE

00550003 BC-MID CRS_SCE_COLLECT_DATA_DELETE

Kindly suggest me ,if any thing is missing in configuration.
