Can information be pulled from multiple user detail data sources?

I set up the User Detail Data Source to have SAP as sequence 1 and LDAP as sequence 2. I want GRC to pull information on user defaults from SAP but I need it to get Manager and Employee type from LDAP. This doesn't appear to work. If I have SAP as sequence 1 then Manager and Employee type are left blank in my access request.

Hi Jeanne,

User defaults like (Decimal Notation, Date Format, Time Zone, user parameters etc.) are pushed to users via GRC User Defaults functionality.

Details like Manager, Employee Type etc. you can retrieve from LDAP and map to the GRC access request fields.

I am not sure what details you are trying to retrieve with SAP as user details data source. Can you make your query bit more clear to clarify?

I would like to get Decimal Notation, Date Format, Time Zone and parameters from SU01 and Manager, Employee Type from LDAP. However, the only information getting pulled in is from the User Detail Data Source that is in Sequence 1. So if I make the SAP system #1, I do not get Manager, Employee Type. And if I make LDAP #1, I do not get the current user's default values.
