basis problem related to User ID

Dear All,

I have installed IDES in my company successfully.

now if i am logging using client 000 and UID DDIC then it is working. but when I am logging on client 800, with UID SAP*/DDIC

both are locked. i want to reset the password.

sorry for posting this problem in ABAP forum, because i am ABAP Developer and do not know where to post for Basis.
