Customized Authorization for any user

Hi All,

Please guide me how to give customized authorization. Like If I don't want to give any user complete access to Item Master Data, but authorization to update the Sales Data->Quantity Per Package and Sales Data-> Weight.

I don't want the user to be able to do any other modification in Item Master Data.
