workitem is received by some users but no agents in WF log

HI Gurus,

I am having a problem knowing the users who receive the workitem for task TS20000661. This task has an agent assignment in "General Task" and uses the RULE 00900010 with the "Terminate if Rule Resolution Without Result" not ticked. This Rule is for purchasing Org and has a category of "Agent Determination: Organization Data".

When i simulate this rule in PFAC, no agent is retreived. In the WF logs, no agents are shown even if i click the Agents, Possible Agents for its workitem.

How will i determine the users who received the workitem?

Can you also please provide more information on the behavior of a RULE with category "Agent Determination: Organization Data", and where is the workitem sent when no agent is derived from this type of RULE.

Please post question in WORKFLOW forum.

Well if Rule do not determaine any agent and general task setting is done,

it means all users in system are possible agents and WI should go to all,

if the tick you mentioned is not checked.

That is also what I'm thinking, but the problem is not all users received same workitem. Even the creator of the document did not receive the workitem. Any thougts about this?
