KSII actual activity price issue

Hi All

I want system to calculate the activity price automatically after running KSII and should update it in KBK6 so that i can revaluate production order with actuals by running MFN1. Now i have done all the configuration required and my plan cost are getting updated after i run KSPI and same is getting update in KP26 and are also showing in KBK6 under plan cost nd can be seen in Cost center reports under plan cost. Problem is with actuals

I have been reading the forum regarding this issue and all the inputs given by experts is been checked but i think iam missing something either a step in calculating the actuals or may be some tick in configurations

Kindly let me know the solution for an issue iam facing .

Thanks in advance

Invin

    Hi,

    1. For calculating the planned prices, you need to define the planned activity values which you did.

    2. But for calculation of actual activity prices, the actual activity qty is captured from various submodules like PP, CS, PS etc.

    3. When you run the actual price calculation, system will consider the actual costs posted to the respective cost centers and the activities obsorbed through confirmations to various orders.

    4. with this, the actual activity price is calculated.

Once you did this process, please go ahead and check the rates in KBK6 and revaluate all the orders.

I hope this will give you the clarity about the actual price calculation

    Best regards

    Surya

    Hi,

While running Transaction Ksii the system calculates Actual activity rates Which are updated in KBK7(display) and not in KBK6.

Kbk6 is for manual actual price change.

    HI,

Check in KSII t code standard settings whether execute intern.act.splitting is ticked or not.

    If not then tick it..

    Regards,

    VLM

Thanks for your replies i have given you both points for your answers they were helpful and VLM you can see actual activiy price in KBK6 once you are able to run KSII sucessfully. Iam closing this theard as my problem got solved all the setting mentioned by you both were already done before as i mentioned in my posts. The problem was due to wrong period posting which i was doing.
