IS Banking

Hi,

I am working on ECC 6.0 and the extension sets ES-FIN and EA-FS are activated. But I still do not see the IS Banking nodes like Customer deposit accounts, Collateral Management, Bank Analyzer etc.

Do we need a separate add on or there is some extension set which we have to activate?

If you're talking about SAP IS-Banking based on ERP then make sure that you have activated EA-FS extension in Tcodes SFW5 and bf11

You can find it at SPRO-SAP Banking

But there is only following components present: SAP Business Partners, Bank Customer account, Loans management, Collateral Management, SEM Banking, RBD

as far as I know, Bank analyzer should be activated separately.

But there is SAP IS-Banking on the platform (newest solution) called SAP Banking Services. It is not in ERP standard package.

Hi,

If you have activated EA-FS to use the components detailed by Vitaliy under SAP Banking please also check in company code global parameters if 'Financial Asset Management Active'. I think this will also have an impact on SAP banking component.

Thank you Kumar and Vitaliy. I was talking about IS Banking the new SAP Banking services. You are right with ES-FIN I am able to see the nodes under SAP Banking but that does not cover credit cards, Bank deposits etc.

But I guess it is a different licence and that there is a separate forum for that.

Kalyan, I'm also interested in new SAP Banking Services - but in the industry forum I haven't found a lot information concerning new SAP Banking Services platform.

Sap banking under ERP probably can cover Bank deposits, but this definitelly doesn't cover cards.

For SAP Banking - Loans Management / Bank Customer Accounts (Deposits Management) we need EA-FS (EA - Financial Services) only and not EA-FIN (EA - Financial Extension).

Even after activating EA-FS if you not able to see the node SAP Banking I am not sure if your license includes these extensions. Or may be the installation is not complete. We are successfully using Loans Management after activating EA-FS.
