Update tax rate

In my 2007A sp45 the tax code for setup for California (CA) is only 6%. I need to update the rate, but all the rates are greyed out in the Sales Tax Code setup window. Do I have to create a new tax code and assign it to all my customer ship to addresses EVERY time I need to update the tax rate?

Hi Robert,

Administration -> Setup -> Financials ->Tax -> Tax Type.

Double Click on the Tax you want to change percentage & Rate, double click on the respective tax attributes, Give the New Percentage and also the correct Effective Date & Rate.

Hi!

In Sales Documents we don't have a option to edit the Tax Amount or Base Amount.
