How to open reports created with PLD from a button on a user defined form?

I am stuck with the following:

I have created a custom form and now I want the form to have a button which when clicked will open the reports created with print layout designer (PLD). In other words, how to open reports created with PLD from a button on a user defined form?

Any hints/suggesstion will be highly appreciated.
