Equipment Maintenance History Report

Hi experts,

Is there a SAP PM standard report or option that shows what maintenance orders have been opened for equipments o functional locations?

We require a "history view" with all the maintenance orders that were performed on the equipment/functional location, with dates, operations executed, materials used, etc.

Can anyone tell me where can I view this in SAP PM?

Try TCode IW39 or IW73

Hi,

Try IW40 , however, the result (as-is) may not be suitable for further analysis therefore I suggest you download the result into Excel or a database.

Alternatively, a custom report may do the trick.

I think as your requirement best suitable for Order history and Open, completed and processed and also order history.
