HOw data is passed from Workflow?

Hi All,

WHen i create a request to add a new material to a plant through workflow, it goes to the Storemanager of the plant for approval. THe store manager can see the WF request in his SAP mail box. I need to know how is the data for the WF request passed on to the SAP mail box.

Hi Siddharth

I think you are talking about workitem text. If yes inside the method on the work item text box you can pull the necessary data which you want to display like PO number,date,quantity etc from the workflow container. Pass those WF container to the work item text box. This will display the relevant details to the user.
