PCR for Actions IT

Hello experts,

I want to configure a PCR that will depend on the Action in Actions Infotype.

If the action is joining the processing of that PCR is different and when the action is relieving , it has different rule. This PCR basically finds the partial factors /801,/802 etc for India.

Can anyone tell if I can put condition for action in a PCR?

Regards

Deepti

Hi Deepti

Yes you can. There are operations which you can use to query the Action from WPBP table.

Which operations and how to use them in a PCR?

You can query operation outwp, subtype MASSN and that will return the action code. Then you can have subsequent nodes for each action type, and can write the relevant code in the sub nodes.

In my PCR I wrote

*

/801

OUTWPMASSN

13

and then the rule which I ahve to use for Joining Action where 13 is my joining action.

When I am simulating the payroll, it is giving me an error saying "No rule in key ZNP2 /801*"

where ZNP2 is the name of PCR. Am I not using it correctly?

My company is following different rules for salary for joining and relieving cases. (For joining they are following deduction method i.e salary is paid depending on the number of days an employee is not present in office considering 30 days in a month

while for relieving they are following the payment method)

So on the basis of the Action I need to place the rules for calcuation of partial factors /801 used in PC10 of required Wage types.

this can be happened thru Standrad if i am not wrong

say

IF X an Employee salary is 10000 per month he joined in the Mid of the month so he should get 5000 he joined 15th of the month

if this is the case just check the PCR INP1 this will suffice your requirment

if it is not the thing let us know with an example
