Purchase Req.

Dear All,

In Dev server I am creating Purchase Req. system is saving that PR. But when I am hitting transaction ME54N for release PR at that time system is giving me information box that u201CPurchase requisition 10000011 cannot be releaseu201D. Message Number MEPO822.

What will be the cause of it? How to resolve this problem?

hai;

Know about your Release strategy from the concernedconsultant.

Normally in release strategy for PR there may be some value fixing based on which the release is possible.

ie; for eg;suppose 1000.Rs is the value set.If the total value >=1000 only system will allow /need of releasing.

1st check PR is saved or not in ME53n, if not it may be storage problem, contact basis team to help you out

There will be no release strategy present, check the classification on the release strategy

First check whether the PR 10000011 is latest created and saved by you or not.If not then just press enter and continue with your own PR.

Also note in ME53N check whether the said PR has been triggered to release strategy or not.
