Regarding mail send

Hello experts,

I have developed a report for sending payslip of employees on their personal mail ids. But after running that program

all mails are showing in waiting status in t-code SOST. I have also scheduled report RPTARQEMAIL. But still mails are not send

automatically from SOST. If I send mails forcefully then mails are send.

So give me solution for this problem. Is there any setting i have to done ?
