Could not locate server entry. Server may not exist. (STU00146)

Hello,

after I've successfully installed BO Enterprise XI3.1 (with Tomcat and mySQL) I get the message

"Could not locate server entry. Server may not exist. (STU00146)"

when I try ./ccm.sh -start sia or ./ccm.sh -display -cms.

There are no errors in the installation logfile. Why can the CMC-Server not be found or reached?

Waht went wrong during installation?
