Error while posting MIN

When I am trying to save a MIN, I am getting the following error:

Fld selectn for mvmt type 261 / acct 21069 differs for cost center.

What cud be the possible reason and how to resolve it??

Hi shivaji,

This might be the reason of mismatch of field status of movement type to GL account.

Please check the GL acct 21069 fieldstatus group in bank intrest tab->field status group->additional assignment-> cost center.

Please check whether it is mandory/supress

and for movement type go to transaction OMJJ and give 261 and check field selection cost center(KOSTL) is required/supress.

Either must be same like required in both or supress for both.
