Can you help me on configuring the action for Transfer applicant data to PA?

the generall process is after updateing the Actions thru PB40 and maintaing the Data we will transfer the applicant form REC to PA thru PBA7 and PBA8 tcode

is what you said how to create an action. In this case, I want to create <Hiring applicant> action in PA40, which is different from other actions. This action does not lead to normal infotypes but to a function of transferring data.

The Applicant which you have created will go to the PA through Applicant NO and there it will get changed ot PERNR
How the applicant no will get transported into PERNR no
Run report RPAPRT04. You can use this report to set applicant activities to completed, after you have transferred data for the applicants to Personnel Administration. The advantage of this report is that you receive a list of applicants for whom data has already been transferred to Personnel Administration, without having to enter selection criteria.
From now on, the applicants are handled as employees in Personnel Administration. The applicant data for these new employees does not require any further processing in the Recruitment component. You run this report to close the administration of the applicant data in Recruitment.
When you run PBA7 for a applicant, upon executing, you will be taken to PA40 hiring action screen. Once hiring action screen comes, NUMKR feature comes into picture. According, next free personnel number will be assigned by the system if the number range is internal. If itis extranl, you have to assign a number to the person.
