Thank you it help to solve my problem as well but my scenario is a bit different to yours it happened due to data difference between IT07 & IT08 hence user need to make sure both are updated similarly. More like missing data in IT07 however it exist in IT 08.

Hi Nafeez

The error is due to the missing value in Basic Pay infotype 0008, field "Work Hours/Period" DIVGV

Maintain the values there. Your problem is solved. In the normal configuratin this value will be default by reading IT 0007

Please check it may be IT 7 begda is later then IT8 begda.

IT7 begda should be on or before IT8 begda

hi,

please check info type 0008 is maintaing or not.

I checked the info type 0008 was not exist and found the error.

when maintain the info type 0008 and run the simulation error was removed.

hope your problem will be resolve.

the rule not written completely ... so still not too clear.

but, try to check infotype 8 ... field SDIVP (wkhrs/period), maybe the value is ZERO. change the value from Infotype 7

and the annual working hours in IT0007 and 0008
