BUG in Workflow for overall PR release

hi,

I have configured work flow for PR for individual release....work flow is working fine.....

Now i have set up the work flow for over all release of PR...i have done all work flow settings

I have activated the links for WS 20000077.

I have assigned agents to WS 20000077,TS 20000159, TS 20000161, TS 20000162,TS 20000163.....

...But my work flow is not getting triggered.

Is there any BUG in Workflow for overall PR release??

hi

you have to see the event trace . 1st switch on it SWELS .

then in SWEL , see if the starting event that is in your WF is getting trriger or not?

if the starting event is gettig trrigered the its the problem in WF .

if not there is some configuration problem.

Release Groups---

Release Codes

Release indicator

Release Strategies

Workflow

THen check in "Release Codes" for the grp and code in Workflow parameter '1' is there or not ?

1 should be there if you want WF to get trrigered for your WF .

tell you functional to assign Release Strategies as you want yr PR to react.

and in last "Workflow" for every GRP and code one agent sould be assigned , to whom WI will go .

Hi,

I am Functional Consultant only...I did all settings pertaining to PR release startegy..Now i am trying to config work flow...

Initially i configured work flow for individual PR release..and work flow worked fine...

Now when i configured PR overall release startegy and did all work flow settings...its not getting triggered..

What went wrong?
