2.When we use it
3.how to create structures ( step by step ) and advantage of it
4.Do we have any limitation for STRUCTURES

Answers below :
1.What is STRUCTURES
Used in BEx to group characteristics and key figures
2.When we use it
You can create a structure for key figures and characteristics and then you can reuse it accross queries..
You can save it as a global element..
Also needed if you want to use cell editor.
3.how to create structures ( step by step ) and advantage of it
Just right click on the rows or columns area and create structure
4.Do we have any limitation for STRUCTURES
Yes. You can have maximum of two structures only ... One for kfs and one for characteristics..
