Delivery Cost for Free Goods

Dear SAP Guru,

I need some advice how to do the following scenario.

In My Purchase Order there will be 2 material A dan B. And B is a free goods (no invoice receipt).

And in this Purchase Order there will be added some type of Delivery Cost.

How can I make this Delivery Cost to be distributed propotional to material A and B since in line item B no condition type are allowed to be added.

Please help.

HI,

It is not possible.Check whether u can pay by using un planned delivery cost.In the MIRO screen enter the value in unplanned delivery cost & see.If u want to pay for the B item then pay it thro FB60.

If u tick free goods indicator then .... you cannot add any delivery cost as they become inactive ...

In your case put price as 0.01 for free item and dont tick free goods indicator

Now enter the delivery cost

It will work fine

Thanks for the reply.

If I set the material net price to 0,01 its mean that the PO will be always outstanding, until I run GR/IR Maintenance?

Am I right with this condition?
